BIZKAIA - Sightseeing Bilbao
With the opening in 1998 of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, the capital of Biscay reached its first goal in the unstoppable urban renewal process which we are still witnessing five years on.
New buildings, squares and promenades emerge, projects which seemed highly improbable are taking shape, and the people of Bilbao are only too willing to show off each of these first fruits to newcomers.
